From IGDA Montreal:

cgsa-logo The 2010 Canadian Games Studies Association annual conference will be held at Concordia University in Montreal this year from May 28-29, in conjunction with the Canadian Congress of the Social Sciences & Humanities. This year, the theme for the Congress is "Le savoir branché/Connected understandings".

Since its inception in 2005, the CGSA has grown with each annual conference. This year, we are pleased to offer presentations from over fifty digital games researchers and graduate students, representing a wide array of perspectives and interests — from film studies to human-computer interactions, and from EVE Online to Little Big Planet.

For more information about the event, please contact conference co-chairs Jennifer Jenson (jjenson @ edu.yorku.ca) or Nick Taylor (nickttaylor @ gmail.com).

Please visit the CGSA website for a full conference program.
